Does it apply handicap allowances?

For the one-ball formats, automatically: foursomes 50/50, greensomes 60/40, and a scramble 35/15 for two, 30/20/10 for three and 25/20/15/10 for four, the biggest share on the lowest handicap. A bigger one-ball side gets a warning on screen that its split is your committee's call. The percentage rows (95% singles, 90% four-ball) are a committee decision, so an event's board uses whatever number the organizer sets, 100% unless they change it. A side bet never takes an event's allowance: it plays gross or net, off the low handicap by default (the bet says so), with one switch for everybody's full handicap, or a number of shots you type for any golfer. Everyone's strokes show before a ball is struck, and if a handicap is corrected later the bet keeps its number until somebody taps the new one across.
