Does it do handicaps?

Course handicap from your index, slope and rating: per tee, with strokes falling on the right holes, so everyone can play different tees and the net math stays honest. A plus handicap gives strokes back on the easiest holes. We don't calculate the index itself: you type your WHS or GHIN number on your profile, or set it on a buddy you added, or type the course handicap someone plays off. The strokes are set on the round, so changing an index later doesn't move a round already under way. A tee with no slope and rating gives nobody strokes from an index, and if the round's tee doesn't rank its holes, a net bet settles as scratch and says why.
