Can we collect entry fees? No. Swilkin never takes a payment for entries, bets or anything else. You can state the fee on the event and your club's site shows it as an Entry Fee row; collecting it is up to you.
Flights, a cut, pairings, registration, a Calcutta, and the leaderboard on the clubhouse TV: the whole console, free.
When the round ends Swilkin nets it all down to who owes who, with a receipt that itemises every dollar, no napkin arithmetic on the 18th green.
