Take on a student

For a teaching pro. Each student gets one page with every lesson on it: your notes, photos, clips, and homework, and the practice they log.

  1. 1

    Add the student

On You, tap Coach students, then Add a student. Type their name, and their email to invite them. With no email you can still keep their lessons.

  2. 2

    A junior needs a parent’s yes

Switch on Under 18 and type a parent’s email. The parent says yes from the email, and the lessons open once they do.

  3. 3

    Write the lesson note

After the lesson, open their page and tap + Lesson. Write what you worked on, add photos, a clip of up to 60 seconds and up to three links, then Send.

A lesson note on a phone, to Jordan Okafor, lesson 5: what we worked on (start line fixed, 24 of 30 through the gate; a pull with the driver when the top is rushed), Add photos and Add a clip, three links, and Send to Jordan
  4. 4

    Set the homework

Once the note is sent, Set homework turns it into a practice plan: the drills, the days, and how many weeks. It starts the next day, and the student picks their own reminder.

  5. 5

    See what got done

The student’s page shows the homework they logged. If they share their own practice with you, it shows all of it.

  6. 6

    Know who is due

Your students puts anyone past their usual gap between lessons under Due a look, with the day of their last lesson.

  7. 7

    A student without the app

On the invite, a student can tap Just email me. Your notes then reach them by email.
